Just called to make an appointment and was told they were closing! That really would have been nice to know.....
Great customer service!! I had been going to the same eye clinic for 8 years and when I changed insurance providers, Midwest Vision was a new option for me. I’m so glad I came here because service was amazing! I had to cancel a few times and staff was very understanding. Thank you!
I greatly appreciated the extra time spent educating me on eye care as to why I was having some of my vision issues. I was thinking there must be a prescription issue when it was actually something I could control myself. Very refreshing to have someone who really cared about someone else and was really good at their job.
