Any competitor is better. They were so rude over a minimal past due balance and their ordering system is awful. I only bought from them for a product everyone was out of. Some man (maybe Mitch?) told me I was wrong to call the person I called (whose contact info was the inky info I had via e-mail). Instead of helping me resolve the issue, he chose to be rude and incredibly condescending. They have some of the worst customer service in any industry I’ve dealt with
