The customer service is horrible. The receptionists need to learn manners. For one I had to call back a few times because I would sit on hold forever. Then when I finally got someone to talk to me she was rude. The woman that answered said her name was Peggy. I was just asking some questions and she flat out gave me attitude. She acted as though I was bothering her. She said I have been here for 3 years that is how it is done here in a real snotty tone. We're very partial to Dr Troy. He is our go to guy..... he's easy to visit with and doesn't rush us through any of our concerns. We've had our share of emergencies & problems and he's always been there for us. I always have the feeling that we're working together on any issues. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! Dr. Acree saved our toy poodles' broken leg and was the only one in town who gave us a price that we could afford. I would highly recommend them!
Drs Tony, Stan, and Troy we would go to ourselves! We drive 14 miles to Midwest Vets because we LOVE them. We have been bringing our pets here for 36 years, and we figure any new Vet they bring in HAS to be good. We love all of the staff as well. They are wonderful and caring!
