We have always taken our animals to a different vet in town and have never had any issues, but we decided we would give Midwest Vets a go with our new puppy. Safe to say - Midwest vets will be our new go to!! Not only is the atmosphere calming but every single person who works in the centre is absolutely amazing, so kind, so patient, and so loving. Travelling the country and they fitted us in for a nail trim for our boy. Receptionist, delightful, happy, vet nurse- lovely, patient, took time to chat how he went. Can’t recommend enough.

Highly highly recommend Midwest!! I recently had my 18mo kelpie x castrated and vaccines etc done while he was under. I think I was more nervous than him going in on surgery day.. Dr Tara and her team were incredible. They talked me through everything, making sure I was prepared for 10days of recovery and confinement with a highly active pup, sending me updates as he came out of surgery and checking in after I had brought him home. Took ole boy to the vet today, rang first thing this morning and got an appointment for 10am. He had a run in with a fox and got a tooth hole on the snout and on the right eye. Vet said he was lucky not to loose his eye. They were fantastic, always quick with appointments in emergencies and great care. On meds now and I’m happier, as I’m sure he’ll be soon.
