This office had an hour+ wait both times I went in for an appointment and then I was given incorrect information by the NP which resulted in an additional $600 charge to my insurance. When I disputed this with them, the office manager, Tonya, offered to reverse one of the visits through my insurance. 6 weeks later I got a bill for it. I called the office and they now are offering to just wipe my copay but refusing to reverse the insurance claim like we had agreed upon. I got treat with the highly respect and the staff was Amazing and professional help me up after had my varicose veins procedure it went great.
Untrustworthy! He never started anticoags ended up having emergency surgery to place stent. Stents are blocked again
