I have been most dissatisfied with this company! They handled the closing for my deceased sister’s property with the proceeds to be divided half with 2 brother in laws and half divided between 4 siblings. They gave us a contract that was incorrect for us to review. They’d omitted $10,000 buyers credit and $750 deduction allowed to sellers. Otherwise the distribution to beneficiaries were correct. I spoke with Kaleb at Midwest Title, today and it was some of if not the best customer service I’ve ever had. I had an issue with a property deed that I didn’t fully understand, and he took the time to walk me through my options and explain how I could get it resolved. He also provided helpful information about the process. Overall, it was a great 10 out of 10 experience, and I hope to do business with them here in the future.
