I’m glad with reading all the negativity on the comments on here we did not have to go through them. A house in Bellevue we were looking at it and said yes and the inspection came back with bad sewer problems, so we backed out. So lucky no penalties on our end. When my friend ask for 300 back out of the 600 we spent on the inspection they said no. And we did not give the inspection papers. FYI to fist time home buyers or buyers please ask for a sewer inspection.
Closed on our house with Midwest Title and they were supposed to have a quit claim deed for me to sign. We closed on a Friday and they said the lawyers were working on it and it won't be done until Monday. That was a month ago and they keep saying the same thing. I called and left a message a week ago and have never gotten a call back. Poor service

We went through Midwest title due to the people we bought requested them although my real estate againt was worried about using them and for good reason. They should up an hour late and later refused to pay the home inspection that was supposed to be in the closing cost paid at closing, now they refuse and messed up my closing and won't pay the company so I have to pay them in addition to the closing.
