We went through Midwest title due to the people we bought requested them although my real estate againt was worried about using them and for good reason. They should up an hour late and later refused to pay the home inspection that was supposed to be in the closing cost paid at closing, now they refuse and messed up my closing and won't pay the company so I have to pay them in addition to the closing. They are unorganized and can't even show up on time and don't pay the funds that are due. I suggest don't use them or at leas... read more
Dayna was absolutely amazing she helped me with my refinance and I really appreciate all that she does. She deserves to be recognized for her great customer service. I highly recommend this place to anybody that is needing to sign a title or would like additional information about how to do so.
We have worked with many different title companies across the area and across the U.S. No one is perfect and as most of us in real estate know that real estate transactions have a lot of moving parts, regardless we know Midwest will do their best to make things happen.
