We've been working with Jody and Midwest Tax Group for nearly 15 years, and the experience has been outstanding. Compared to the larger tax firms we used in the past, Midwest Tax Group is far superior. Jody is not only highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, but he is also extremely personable, making the entire tax process smooth and stress-free. His willingness to take the time to explain things and provide personalized service truly sets him apart.
Great for me the past two years. But this year didn’t email me the paperwork on time and were generally uncommunicative via email.

They are competent in basic tax preparation, but they are deeply lacking in customer service. The communication has been abysmal to say the least. I’ve sent multiple e-mails to different people, some with no response at all, and most not even addressing or answering all of the questions in the email. Now I’m left hoping they e-filed my items on time. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service from this organization.
They're the Chick-Fil-A of tax preparation. Very efficient.
