My husband has used them for years and they have always been great. This year they dropped the ball and didnt communicate. On April 15th they went silent and it took a week to get them to respond. Very disappointed and their fees went up 20%!!! We will NOT be using them again.
Midwest Tax Group is competent at preparing taxes, but their customer service and communication are seriously lacking. I had to follow up multiple times for basic updates, and when they did respond, the replies were curt, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Part of what you pay for in any service is professionalism, respect, and courtesy — none of which were present here.
