Dr. Phillips in his office staff phenomenal. He is the best pain management doctor I’ve seen highly highly recommended.
Do not expect anything to be timely. Their excuses for running over two hours behind: a third party serves the Kenosha location, new staff, scheduling problem, and a patient. What was touted as a quick procedure has torpedoed my entire day. Professionals would be able to handle any issues and stay on schedule. If they can’t handle this, then their medical skills are certainly in question.
The staff is caring and concise and the care serves me well. I recommend Dr. Phillip and Midwest Sports and Interventional Spine to anyone who is suffering pain.
Personable and caring staff and doctors. They take their time and really listen. I never feel rushed. Treatment options are explained well.
