Neurosurgeon Eduardo J. Perez downplayed the seriousness of my MRI results and the chronic pain I'm in. When I mentioned my 3 mm herniated disc and bulging discs, he played it off by saying everyone has a bulging and herniated disc. I felt very rushed in and out, and felt like I wasn't listened to.
