I took my Toro Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower in for repairs due to it losing power when engaging the PTO blades. John and the team at Midwest Small Engine Repair were extremely knowledgeable and professional in every interaction. In addition, they were very accommodating in assisting me with both unloading and loading the mower in my truck. Took my old riding mower in for some much needed TLC. Gave a run down of what I thought needed repaired. John reassured me they could easily knock out all the requests, gave me a ballpark quote and helped me unload the mower. After a week went by, I was anxious to get the mower back and cut my increasingly tall grass. Gave them a call and said it will be ready the following day, once then I went over to pick up the mower. Awesome service! They swapped an engine on my slice seeder I use everyday for my business. They got it done in less than a day instead of waiting weeks elsewhere. Runs awesome now will be taking everything I have to them from here on out.
