I had an online order sent to Midwest shooting center for ffl transfer because they already had this store's info on file and I like convenience. If you are not a member and not planning to be, go ahead and do yourself a favor and move along elsewhere for purchases or transfers. 50$ transfer fees if you are non member!!! 50$!!! for 5 minutes of paperwork. Came with my uncles yesterday. It was a first time for all of us. Connor was great and guided us through everything pretty patiently. Great people and great place.

I have been a member for years. The other staff has been good to work with. The customer service from Cody and Griffin is very poor. No returned phone calls or emails. I have been waiting for 3 months for them to do their job and no results. Very disappointing that I have to result to social media. No one will give me their superiors contact information, maybe this will go somewhere.

Our group was on our way to the Dayton Airshow 2025 and stopped at this place for a quick stop on I-75 to stretch our legs after a long drive. Had an absolute blast!! The facility was clean, spacious, well organized and fully air conditioned which was a big plus on a melting hot weekend. The staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about their merchandise. The rental and ammo selection were amazing and reasonably priced.
