We've had excellent luck with Midwest. It was a very reasonably priced system to put in. We've upgraded no problem and we'll probably upgrade again. The system works pretty much flawlessly and they call every time the alarm goes off to make sure its us. They've moved cameras for us a couple times to get them placed where we like them best, so all in all a great company.
Customer service sucks and you will never be able to talk to owner about the customer service. We been with this company for over 10 years. The past 2 Years has been awful. The female who answers the phone lies. You have to wait 2 weeks for answer when your system is done.
