I was simply driving down Illinois St, there was a trailer blocking half the street, an African American man on a forklift intentionally blocked the other side of the street so I could not pass. He SCREAMED at me to take the next street over. Scared me and my children that were in the backseat. There is absolutely no excuse for the sheer hostility towards the general public. Totally unprofessional!
