First time buyers at Midwest , what a great team from the owner to the parts/ service and finance departments. Everyone was great to work with. Honest sales and all know their products well. If you are in the market go to Midwest you will be happy.
All campers will need service or repair from time to time. Getting Midwest RV to schedule an appointment is a near impossibility. Wait times average 10 weeks or longer--just to LOOK at your camper. Then wait a few more weeks for them to put together an estimate and the season is over. To make matters worse, they will get annoyed if you call them more than once every couple weeks to check on getting your appointment. Very good service, Bob Meyer helped us find a great camper. Took care of any issues we had very caring.
Midwest RV is top notch, the sales team is amazing. A big Shot out to Jim McClung he was a huge help. This was the most hassle free purchase we have ever made. I can not recommend him and his team enough very knowledgeable and easy to work with . Happy Camping !!!
