RecommendedWe were first time buyers with lots of questions and purchased a used toy hauler fifth wheel. Easiest things I have ever bought. The customer service here is uncomparable. Larry and company are great to work with. Our first expedition was 1400 miles away, not the brightest idea, but they answered any questions during our trip. Skip the big dealerships and shop here. You won't be disappointed. The customer service is truly the best!

Traded our travel trailer in on a 5th Wheel. Schedule an appointment a week prior to pick up our new camper. When we got there our new camper was not ready nor did they have the hitch in stock that was suppose to be installed on our truck that day. The sales rep said “ did you not get my call?” My husband said ,” what call?” He said, I called you to let you know the hitch hadn’t been delivered yet.” My husband told him he nor myself received any kind of phone call from you... Do not deal with these folks. we listed on private website to sell our RV after working with multiple companies to sell, was advised the price to sell at with our generator brand new with the rv. He couldn't accept the truth or the competition. removed my post, blocked me from comments because he stated we were to high on price when our listing stated the price along with make an offer. rude service, cant stand competition and don't like that people won't come to them to sell.

Truck got sold out from underneath me. Was told 1.5 hours before pick up that it was sold. Avoided my texts during the previous 18 hours to make sure it was available. Even offered to put a deposit down twice to hold it. Also gave them all my personal information and they had sent purchase order over to the financer. Heart breaking
I bought a 2014 Minnie Winnie here. Customer service is great and the staff is very helpful. My experience with Midwest RV has been a positive experience and I will continue to go here for future business!
