Midwest installed the tile in this bathroom in 2020. There was grout on the ceiling and grout was coming out of the corner. My husband was the one addressing the issues. He since has passed. I am now picking up the issues. Trustin at Midwest said he is not fixing the grout issue given it’s been 3 years. I explained John was dealing with it before his passing.
