Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jonathan was great to get the ball rolling and help with the insurance claim. Sydney kept us informed on the status of each step of the process. Dylan and his crew delivered on the day of the job to get it done right. Would happily use them again or recommend them to my friend and family.
Super easy and straightforward process. Jonathan the sales rep was friendly and answered all of my questions to help navigate the insurance process following a hail storm. They know all the right things to say and are skilled at corporate style non-communication. You will NOT receive value for your money. You will NOT receive the level of servuce that they promise. They WILL reneg on large and small parts of your agreement. They WILL unapologetically causr additional damage to your home and cheerfully invite you to take it up with your insurance company. They will repeatedly delay your priject before finalky completing as much of it as they choose.
They came and did my roof today. They did an amazing job. Landon, Dylan and Rachel have been very easy to communicate with!
We just had our second roof replacement done by Mid-West Roofing after a second hail storm damaged our roof. They replaced our first roof back in 2023 and we didn’t hesitate to call them when our roof got damaged again back in April. Project Manager Josh Westbrook and his crew did an awesome job.
