It is very rare, these days, to have such a positive response to service. We built a man cave/garage a couple of years ago. Midwest did the roofing/gutter work. Our contractor managed all of this and the results were excellent. Last month, I contacted Midwest about replacing the gutters on our house. An appointment was made for the following week. Tom Rogers was our sales person and consultant when we thought we needed a new roof. He did the initial inspection and worked with our insurance adjuster during the inspection. Ultimately we got a brand new roof paid for by the insurance company and Tom was an integral part to making that happen. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process seamless.
RecommendedThese guys do it right. Ran a water test to diagnose what we thought was an exterior leak issue. Ended up likely being a window issue. A less honest company would have gotten $7K out of the deal. But the Midwest Roofing guys did it right. In this case, it meant they made less money. But with that kind of honesty, I'll call them every time and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Drew, Damian and Aaron. Midwest Roofing crews rock!

They are professional and experienced. They handled the insurance portion for us so we had less stress and they completed the entire job in one day so there was minimal disruption in our business. Our neighbor referred them to us and we have been so amazed at how good these guys are. We are fortunate we got Josiah and Andrew and their amazing crew. Highly recommend them!
**Update** After speaking with Jonathan regarding our concerns he came to our home to discuss the issues then promptly sent a new team to our house and are working quickly to repair the errors. Our chimney flashing looks a million times better. Chris was extremely professional and efficient. He inspected the rest of the roof and repaired the other small errors. Horrible communication, never show up and poor work! We called Midwest roofing in late March to take a look at our storm damage. When you look at their reviews everything sounded great. The guy came out looked at our roof and told us it was totaled. We made the mistake of signing their contingency contract (the cons of being first time home owners) and were told to contact the insurance company ourselves.
