I really wanted to like Midwest Roof and Solar after doing research about the best places for roofing and siding. But overall, it was a rough experience. At the beginning, the project manager changed, and no one contacted me for over a month. I had to call and email many times before another project manager finally followed up. This company has left an open permit on my house for almost a year. I've contacted project managers and sales, they claimed the company has gone out of business. The company phone is still active, they've avoided my phone calls or tell me someone will call me back. Do not trust this company.
I signed a contract with this company last fall to repair hail damage to my house. There would be months where they would just stop contacting me. I admit, I should have been proactive asking why they haven't been doing anything. I gave them the check my insurance company gave me for the damage and then didn't hear from them at all. Winter came and still no contact. Finally my bank called them asking why they hadn't cashed the check and guess what??? They lost it. Had no idea where it was.
