Amazing experience and quality of work. We had been struggling to work with another company, and these kind folks stepped in and got the job done so quickly and efficiently. The point of contact was Jayden, and he could not have been easier to work with. The price was fair, and he helped us add gutters to our original repair order. We will definitely reach out again should we need repairs to our roof in the future!
I really wanted to like Midwest Roof and Solar after doing research about the best places for roofing and siding. But overall, it was a rough experience. At the beginning, the project manager changed, and no one contacted me for over a month. I had to call and email many times before another project manager finally followed up. This company has left an open permit on my house for almost a year. I've contacted project managers and sales, they claimed the company has gone out of business. The company phone is still active, they've avoided my phone calls or tell me someone will call me back. Do not trust this company.
