Should be Zero Stars. Holding Medical Records as hostage. Release partial with payment then ask for more money. Cannot reach via email or phone. On hold for 10 minutes or more then told cannot take calls
among the worst records providers i deal with. incredibly slow, incredibly inefficient, infuriating hold times, and reliant on fax in the year 2022
