This has been the best experience so far with iud removal and insertion. Not only did my midwife nurse Linda explain everything and talked me through all the steps, as well as what to expect, she offered ibuprofen prior to the procedure. She also offered lidocaine numbing to make the iud procedure easier, and to lessen the cramping afterwards. This is 100% a safe place. I did not feel judged for leaving my old iud in past expiry date! Thank you very much to Linda, and the front desk staff.
Midwest provides informative, non-biased abortion care as well as some std testing and birth control options. Everyone there is committed to accessible, gender inclusive, knowledgeable care. Great job Midwest!
