Technician came and put some Freon and went to refill the Freon because he ran out of Freon. Charged me for 4 hours but spent time for 1.5 in my property. These guys are fraud. They are very rude. Owner Mike is very rude person.

Showed up a scheduled however they Sent a tech who just started working. Didn't know how to do the job. Kept calling and waiting on calls from supervisor. Describing what are the issues and getting instructions. It took him 3 hrs To diagnose. Playing around. I had to pay 3 billable hrs while he was training on my equipment. If I am paying for it , I should be paying for his experience in his craft. He could have stayed at my house all day and I would have to pay for it.
