That’s unprofessional, minus 10 stars !
The worst place I’ve seen in 12 years. Minus 5 stars. I have no idea who manages this location, but the staff can’t do their jobs properly. The waiting times are ridiculous, and nobody seems to care. Completely unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
June 15 2026 0930 arrival 10 am appt Easy check in , cordial mule hauler , professional and friendly. Window ? Not so much, and communication wasn’t clear neither . Drivers press button at gate to enter , back into a space across from docks, Sign in on check in sheet, go to window . They had a door for me right away. Leave your doors closed they open from inside . Quick unload was out a few minutes past 1000.
They should relocate the lady who works the morning shift; I think she doesn't like her job. What an unpleasant attitude! You can find another job when you don’t have to talk with anyone
