We had such a great experience working with Chad! We actually first met him while touring rental properties and liked him so much that we asked him to help us sell our home. He was always kind, friendly, personable, and incredibly flexible throughout the entire process. He made everything feel much less stressful and was a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely recommend him to our family and friends, and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again in the future!!
Chad made buying out first home go way better than we ever imagined. He answered all of our questions and ran all over looking at homes for us. We live in VA and were nervous about buying from states away but he alleviated all of our fears and we would recommend him to everyone.
Chad was amazing to work with and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful with coordinating house showings while we were living out of state.
