I cannot say enough good things about Chad. We were first-time home buyers. He was patient and provided us with education and guidance to find our home! He was honest and a great communicator. We often sent last-minute messages about touring a home and he quickly responded and arranged tours for us the next day. He had a flexible schedule, which we needed. Chad was incredible to work with especially as a first time home buyer. He made everything so simple for us as the buyers and answered any questions we had so promptly and thoroughly. I would reccomend him to any home buyer!
