Chad made buying out first home go way better than we ever imagined. He answered all of our questions and ran all over looking at homes for us. We live in VA and were nervous about buying from states away but he alleviated all of our fears and we would recommend him to everyone.
Chad was amazing to work with and answered all of our questions. He was very helpful with coordinating house showings while we were living out of state. He left no stone unturned and was always ready to think outside the box when it came to finding us a home. I could not recommend Chad more to anyone out there looking to buy or sell.
Chad helped us buy our first house 11.5 years ago and now has helped us buy our second one.
