After being forgotten about after our initial inspection then of waiting on work to be done I still haven't heard back about rescheduling a second time 6 weeks later. Definitely not reliable.
Brian with Midwest Radon was very nice to work with. We had to reschedule due to supply chain issues, but Brian was responsive and willing to work with my schedule. His work was well done and he was very professional. He explained his process, the pros/cons of certain mitigation options, and was willing to problem-solve to fit my needs. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs radon testing and/or radon mitigation.
Although we ended up not doing with business with Midwest Radon. Brian's knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness to our call was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Midwest Radon to anyone needing their radon issue evaluated.
Midwest Radon, Brian, installed a radon mitigation unit. Results were better than expected. Brian was great and answered every question I had. Price was fair and I highly recommend Midwest Radon!
