It is an old facility, but It is clean. My family member likes the food. I've noticed good communication from the staff and between different areas. The staff acts like a team with the goal of helping patients reach their goals. I was pleasently surprised with the level of care after reading reviews. It seems like the people who work there are there because they want to be, not just to put their hours in.
I've been here 3 months now and I'm in a wheelchair because I'm missing my right leg and the handicapped button to open the door hasn't worked from day one but this brown recluse was in my room.\nGood thing.I killed him and he didn't bite me cause they'poisonous and they're all over this place as well as ants and at $500 per day, I think they should take a little bit better care of us $,500 per person per day.
This place is the best from the CNAs to the the Nurses. The trach unit personnel works so hard and I’ve never seen a better team.
