Dr Yagan and his nurses and team are by far the most through group I have gone to for medical care and my first meeting with him he said “ I am going to help you “ not only has he but he went above any expectation I could have ever thought a Dr would do to get me the best care . I love how Dr Howell keeps a close eye on me and my lungs diseases! He's down to earth and talks to you like a person and not just another face coming through the pffice!
I recently had a video visit with one of the NP's and it seemed like she was antagonistic toward me. I felt like she didn't actually want to help me. I had requested something she gave me in the past but now all of a sudden I can't have it. I felt like she was wanting to be somewhere else and not helping me. She referred me to a psychology program when all I needed was a medicine that she prescribed before but no more. There is no consistency apparently. I believe that Dr. Mulloy is an excellent pulmonologist. However, his staff is either unwilling or unable to help his patients. There is no way to reach him without going through the staff. And that means his patients cannot receive competent care. My medical supplies vendor had a question about Dr. Mulloy's notes on my chart. They contacted Dr. Mulloy's office asking for clarity on Feb. 14. One month later, the staff had not responded. I reached out to Dr. Mulloy's team on MyChart.
