I believe that Dr. Mulloy is an excellent pulmonologist. However, his staff is either unwilling or unable to help his patients. There is no way to reach him without going through the staff. And that means his patients cannot receive competent care. My medical supplies vendor had a question about Dr. Mulloy's notes on my chart. I took my husband for his first appointment today. We could not be happier with the experience. Everyone was happy and friendly. Dr Doyle was kind, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable........ I really can't say enough wonderful things about her. Highly recommend this place.
I had an 8:40 a.m. appt. with Dr. Shais Jallu on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. I arrived in his office between 8:40 and 8:45. I sat down to catch my breath [because of COPD] before going to counter. By the time I got to the counter, it was 8:48 a.m. I was then told that I could not have appt. because I was 15 minutes late. At the most, I was 8 minutes late.
