Avoid this one lace at all costs. I called 3 times within the last week. Never received a call back, despite leaving all the required information. Came in person today, Tuesday 7/30, to ask for my record. The receptionist didn’t address the lack of calls backs. When I asked for my records to be emailed, was told they couldn’t do it. Dr. Mirza goes out of his way to make sure of a correct diagnosis and treatment. Check-in is always quick. The nurses are courteous, knowledgeable, hardworking, & have gone out of their way to answer all questions & resolve my mail order pharmacies inadequacies. Everyone is friendly & they give you the time needed each visit.. not rush you out the door like many Dr. Offices do.
Staff is always attentive and kind to patients. Dr.Barsanti is the best, he listens to the patient and explains their disease process and clearly identifies a plan to address the issue, he also reevaluates the patients response. He encourages patients compliance. All of the staff are interested in the patients well being and go above and beyond expectations to accommodate peoples schedule. I have known Dr. Barsanti since 1994
I've had a couple of appointments at Midwest and everything was fine. I was given a sleep test over a month ago before todays appointment. I never received any results from it until today. I thought I would get some type of results before a month. Then I get a call stating that I need to do a sleep study. I told the nurse I had did one already, she proceeded to check and found out that I did and my results. Today I had a 3:45pm appointment I arrived and checked in at the desk.
