I went to a dr. at this office a few times almost three years ago and haven’t been since. I have no problems with her or the care I received from her. Their office is another story. They have at least one other patient who has the same first and last name as I have. In the past few months the following has happened: they called me about the other patient’s prescription, they called me about the other patient’s appointment, they submitted four separate claims to my insurance provider for the other patient, and they sent me a ... read more
The worst psychiatrist in Kansas City. They have no idea how to properly schedule patients nor make accommodations. Their staff is unprofessional and ill equipped. Copay is $250 PER appointment and no one in their office knows how to coordinate with one another. Smells like moth balls and body odor. I would NOT recommend a single person come here.
