Rented from them a few years ago. Doug is a liar and a scammer and will literally steal stuff from your home. The receptionist was never in during business hours except on rare occasions and she was not helpful and took an hour to process a single rent payment once. Honestly, I'd rather rent a dumpster to live in than ever rent from them again. They don't fix any issues and will try to charge you for the issue claiming you never reported it.
They had a house for rent near where I work. I reached out to Doug several times and never got a response. I texted him numerous times and finally got an answer. He agreed to meet monday afternoon, he the changed it to wednesday and then thursday. When I asked if we were still meeting thursday, he informed me they rented it to someone else out from under me. Terrible communication, very unprofessional. Wouldn't trust them
