Your Fired. . . If you have property in the Berwyn Area, go elsewhere for representation. I hired Midwest when I moved out of state for a job. A year later, I fired them as the property wasn't rented, however, they did decide to change the locks because they "Lost" my keys, and I managed to have the house flood under their watch. ... This very unprofessional company puts on a good face, but behind the scene lays a scroupolous truth. READ LOUD AND CLEAR..you will never get your rents, security deposits, and you may even loose your home behind it. This company was given specific contract rules in renting my beautiful home. Instead, the renters smoked, had pets, too many occupants. Scam Scam artists, thats all! They take your money and give you a dump, I had no help in nothing to be fixed, then they charge you late fees, because you miss work and have to wait for them to fix their house, so they have to wait an extra day for their rent. These people made me sick, Virginia, Joe, Mike, you are all liars! I wouldnt go here if I were you BEWARE of the scams they appear to be the best at them!! STAY AWAY!! Get a lawyer and take em down for all they have. Instead of stars, should be pile of crap to identify rating!!
they suck this place sucks, yeah they dont bother u not even if u call...u have to be related to someone there or work for someone there or else they wont notice u, they all stick up for each other and when u want to speak to a manager they say they cant give out any names or numers.... basement flooded took 3 months to fixx..even burt down a garage due to electrical..have a problem with noisey neighbors they wont do n e thing because they wot want to lose rent..they dont abide by the lease and never call u back...and they a... read more
Lovely I love these landlords. They rarely bother you for anything. At times they need to do repairs, but you get plently of notice. Pay your rent on time and they leave you alone. If you need something fixed, they fix it within a day. Once for an emergency they came out at 10pm and fixed it. Will rent from them as long as they have a place that suits my needs and budget.
