I give 2 stars for rent price and space. I rented a property on Sunny Vale dr from Midwest for 3 years before deciding to move after a sewer backup that took months of back and forth before it was fixed. We were unable to use the basement during these months. We took care of the property and paid all rent including our last months rent.
