Bob at MW Propeller helped me -- Bob does what he says when he says he will do it. I trust him. I needed a new propeller for this weekend; I called him Tuesday evening, it was too late for the order to go out from OJ on the east coast. Bob firmed up the order first thing Wednesday morning, called me by 8:30 am to tell me they did not have my exact in stock, but he got me a slightly different one (slightly better and he honored the other price), confirmed everything with me that I was okay with it.
