I have been a patient of Dr. Mohsin many years.He take the time to listen to my medical concerns. He treat me like a good kind friend. He never rush me. The also is very polite and listen to my concerns. Being senior, bedside manners are important to me. Thank you
Trying to pay a bill on my account over the phone but I get no response and this is the Evergreen location
This doctor refused the life caring medicine I needed. The Lisle Police showed up at my house and took a report from me. I do not expect to come out of 2025 alive. I will likely die in the next 90 days due to my lack of medicine.
No one answers the phone on a consistent basis. Called on Friday at least 20 times and no one answered the phone. Left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. Not sure who's managing the office, but it's not beneficial to the clients to have an non responsive staff.
Dr Mohsin has da best bedside manners an he cares about you an whatever is wrong with YOU. His staff have great customer service as well
