I had an excellent experience with Dr Zak and his staff. Highly recommend, coming from someone with severe anxiety and nerves about anything dental.
Did not preauthorize my husband’s procedure and made him pay in full the day of service. Insurance ended up paying all but $72. They’ve had almost $700 of our money for a month now.
Double check your benefits! The insurance person at this office is unfamiliar with benefits and will lead you wrong. Get everything in writing and know your benefits. Ended up paying way more because of wrong information. Had to fight to get it corrected. On a positive note, staff and periodontist did a great job!
Doctor Zack was amazing with my daughter. He made her feel comfortable and explained the procedure to her. All of the staff we awesome and very friendly.
