I’m not one to write reviews, and I find a lot of reviews are spent on negative interactions. My experience from check in to recovery was phenomenal. I work as a nurse in a similar type setting— pre procedure, intra procedure, to post procedure and can only hope my patients have the same experience as I did. Beware of billing when having services done at this office. They call to schedule and tell you that this is the amount to have the shot done. They make you sign something that doctor has ownership in the practice and then sends a separate bill for the doctor like you are in the hospital, but it is the doctor's office. They need to learn to be upfront and clear. I talked to billing department and supervisor tells me they get these complaints all the time.
