The front desk staff are beyond just plain rude! There are no markings on the building that say their clinic is there so we had to drive and walk around looking for it. We found a medical clinic but it said nothing about the pain clinic. So we were late to my appointment so they made us reschedule. I’ve been going to Midwest Pin Clinic on North 90th for years without any problems so I can’t say thir whole practice is bad. My Doctor I saw was wonderful - as are the Drs at the 90th street clinic. Stephanie and her staff are outstanding! They definitely adhere to Midwest Pain Clinic's mission in providing the most state of the art treatments for pain and the very best care for their patients. They focus on listening to, not hearing, their patients' concerns, and pain issues and addressing them specifically, and not generally, as most physicians do, making the appointment truly a positive experience.
