After suffering since 2005 with acute pain from a lumbar microdiscectomy, I finally have relief thanks to Dr. Balter. I had the ends of the nerves that were causing the pain cauterized. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone suffering acute back pain.

At facility a number of years. Started with great doctor. Physical therapy, non pain medications, pain creams, water therapy, all helping greatly. This doctor left and I was turned over to a nurse? Kelly Armstrong. All this person wanted to do was prescribe me a lot of narcotics. Had absolutely no other treatment than narcotics upon narcotics. I have seen Kelly Armstrong, and she was great at keeping my best interests at heart. She recommends possible injection therapy and other options as well as verifying a proper diagnosis. If you are looking to figure out how treat your pain properly you should consider Kelly Armstrong.
The doctors and staff are caring but most importantly they take the time to answer all of my questions.
I've been going to Midwest for close to 6 years now and have seen an amazing improvement in my pain.
