Unfortunately, our pool experience was less than poor. It was not good during or after. I won’t say anything more except, this is how the concrete has aged in 2.5 years. It’s not just one spot, it is around the entire pool. We reached out to Midwest about this last year, with no response.
All I can say about Joe Hatfield and his company is that everything was amazing. We had a pool built by an incompetent pool "builder" for our short-term rental in Branson and he completely botched the job. It left us with a huge eyesore and safety hazard and our rental income suffered greatly from it. In comes Joe, and he completely fixed everything and made this eyesore into a beautiful pool (all in less than 6 months)! Our experience was a couple of years ago, but I never got around to writing the review. It was simply awesome! Joe was a great partner. I described verbally what I was looking to do, and he designed exactly what I invissioned for our outdoor kitchen and bar, adding in details I didn't think of like storage. At the end, we had a beautiful granite bar, amazing food prep counter, storage options for kitchen tools and charcole, and they even built a custom nest for our big green egg to be part of the design.
