I had a very disappointing experience here with Kassy . I came hoping to get real help for my pain, but out of the entire one-hour appointment, I only received about 10 minutes of actual instruction/treatment. Most of the time was spent doing talking about nothing! and the therapist only showed me three very basic exercises that I already knew and told her many times that I do this at home. This is one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever been to. They are so unorganized with their scheduling system that I’ve been almost waiting five weeks for my hand to get looked at. I was in a skiing accident where I had ligament damage to my thumb. It took the almost 3 weeks to schedule my first appointment for them just to tell me I need an MRI. After my MRI they scheduled an appointment for my follow up just to cancel the day of and reschedule me three weeks out. When I call back, they were extremely rude and acted like they ... read more
I tried to come here to have an injury assessed, and made an appointment a few days before. When I arrived early to the office, checked in, and paid my copay, I was not notified that anyone was running behind, and waited for my appointment time. About 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I asked the person at the front desk if they knew when I would be seen. I needed to contact an Ascension clinic back in May following an accident that occurred at my home. I was able to arrange an appointment at the walk-in clinic without any difficulty or delay. The reception staff was friendly, and I was immediately taken to an examine room. After a short wait, I was examined by a physicians assistant.
