I was able to get an appointment easily, at the location I wanted & at a time fairly convenient. Front desk extremely helpful. Dr. Park had his NP assess me first; then he came in very relaxed. Reviewed my files w/me then went over everything slowly, answering all my questions clearly. I never felt rushed or unheard. I feel comfortable w/the decisions we made.
Plan on wasting the entire day waiting. They can't figure out their schedule.
There is a wait to see this doctor, but I felt it was worth the wait. They had me take X-rays and discussed in detail my results. Explained what my next steps are, and explained the procedure. I would have give them a 5, but I had to wait an hour before being seen.
Dr. Charles Bush-Joseph explained very well that what is wrong with my knee. He recommended few light exercise so muscles can have strength which will take load of knee. I am satisfied with doctor's service. I recommend Dr. Charles Bush-Joseph.
