Dr. Hur was very kind. Explained what was going on with my injury and what I could expect. Very straight forward and honest.

You get connected and it immediately states that they’re too busy to take your call and to leave a call back number, then they’ll call you the next day if you’re lucky. They have 3 people working their front desk that can’t take a call or customer service seriously.
