Dr. Kern Singh was very unprofessional. He is rude and doesn't listen to the patients or their symptoms. He spent 2 minutes with me and totally misdiagnosed me. He wrote in his reveiw that I was controlling my reflexes. How the heck do you control natural reflexes when your hit in the knee? Pretty sure you can not. He lied to the insurance company saying he did tests that he didn't perform. He stated I was complaining of issues on my right side when I explained I had more issues on my left side. Do not recommend at all. Dr. Singh was the most rude and abrasive physician we have ever met. Based off other reviews, it seems like many people feel similarly. He interrupted us every time we tried to speak, dismissed our concerns, and wouldn’t give us any explanations or plan of care.Truly the worst experience we’ve ever had in healthcare. Great experience. Very professional from check-in to checkout. Love how the staff took their time to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Very excited for my new knee.
