The Doctor was fine I was in severe pain referred me to P.T which I I am still completing physical therapy. The problem is there was an appointment set for me to see the physician September 21 which I was probably at physical therapy and I did not receive a text message or email reminder and when I called the office and talk to three people nobody could tell me when one was sent out most doctors offices do . This clinic is a disaster. The customer service is poor and the communication is even worse. In the past, I was treated by Midwest at Rush and received excellent service/treatment. I used this particular office because my PCP recommended it and it's conveniently located in the same office building as my PCP. I regret it! We have gotten farther in treatment and overall better health with this group than northwestern hospitals. Such nice poeple always willing to help and make us feel welcome. Highly recommend as people like this in medical field are hard to find!
I’m torn on this review. I would give Dr Leonard 5 stars but I’m not happy with the administrative staff. Went for a “follow up” appt and was told it would cost $100 when I was checking in. Follow up appointments should not have a charge to it. It’s a follow up to original appointment. I did not have this $100 on me because I was never told there would be a charge for a follow up, so I had to leave. Then was charged $50 for a no show. Who does that???
Avoid this place unless you want to wait long and waste your time. I have been here 2 times and the doctor is always behind. They should do better when taking appointments, no respect for people's time.
