Do not use Midwest ortho….especially Dr George Branovacki!!!! I had new hip over a year ago and still have pain and lifting my leg to get dressed is painful! Cannot sleep on that side and the damage to my hip flexor from his surgery is horrible. New knee four months after that (do not ever do back to back replacements…especially with Branovacki!) and I have DAILY pain!! Beware you will be charged a “no show fee” that won’t be reconsidered if you do not show up 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time!!! This is crazy to me! I was on time and was not offered any paperwork prior to the appointment that is scheduled in person. I had to travel an hour to be turned away then charged $50. What a business… so disappointed

Arrived at 9am for a 920 appointment. When I asked at 9:45, I was told at the NP was running behind. At 10am I left and let the receptionist that I was leaving and would not be rescheduling. I am a nurse and work in a hospital. I had to get to work. I understand physicians get behind but if your more that 1 patient appointment behind then the staff should be telling the patients when they check in. I would have rescheduled. No excuse for this much incompetence.

The lady name Ali Alley who works at the service desk it’s only two ladies works the desk but anywho I call to reschedule my physical therapy appointment on 11/6/2025 she picks up I said I’m calling to reschedule my appointment she okay and said can you come in later today I said I can’t she said well I can’t reschedule your appointment it’s your last day and you dismissed and hang up the phone in my face speechless so I called back several times no answer she finally answers I ask to speak to a supervisor cause that was ver... read more

I had a horrible experience here. I have been several times. The Physical Therapy side is the only positive. The doctors office side is another story. Jackie Pappas in particular was very rude, and I have heard from several current and former employees that she is a nightmare to work with and has even harassed a co-worker who was quietly minding their own business. If you want to be seen on time and treated like a person rather than just an account to bill, look to avoid Jackie and MOC!
