I have always had a good experience with this facility. Dr Leonard is the best!! He takes the time to listen and explain everything. He is always very pleasant!! The physical therapy dept is also the best. I wouldn’t choose another facility or doctor. Thank you Dr Leonard for being such a great surgeon and a great person!
My wife had broken both of her wrists November 15 th 2024. Dr Emily Mayecar is a Hand and Wrist Microsurgeon and after four failed surgeries walked away from the destruction she did. The powers that be at Midwest Orthopedic told us they have no responsibility for the damage Mayecar did.I feel very angry with them. This place is ridiculous first off my mom was in rehab just got out a few weeks ago had an appointment for feb 4th just to sit for hours to get an X-ray while others got an X-ray after her but were called back to the doctor before her just so they can tell her they can’t even see her fracture. Then she gets a bill in the mail for a no call no show for 50 dollars for January a date she was in rehab and never made an appointment for very unprofessional to take money from a 75 year old who never made that appointment
Do not use Midwest ortho….especially Dr George Branovacki!!!! I had new hip over a year ago and still have pain and lifting my leg to get dressed is painful! Cannot sleep on that side and the damage to my hip flexor from his surgery is horrible. New knee four months after that (do not ever do back to back replacements…especially with Branovacki!) and I have DAILY pain!! Had to go to two extra doctors for pain management to get painful tests and injections in my thigh to get my knee to even bend or straighten. I was in the ho... read more
Beware you will be charged a “no show fee” that won’t be reconsidered if you do not show up 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time!!! This is crazy to me! I was on time and was not offered any paperwork prior to the appointment that is scheduled in person. I had to travel an hour to be turned away then charged $50. What a business… so disappointed
