I do the research and read the reviews before picking a health professional. I needed a broken tooth out now and was given Dr Backer MDM MS as first available, close to home in O’Fallon Mo, with only 5 yet stellar reviews.Look no further. Not only is he and all the staff professional. I started a long process with Dr. Urbanek two years ago involving multiple surgeries. Is his office cheap? Not even a little bit. BUT I have 100% confidence in his treatment plan. He is thorough, answers as many questions as I can throw at him, gracefully handles my MAJOR dental anxiety without judgement, and his staff are amazing. Dr Urbanek performed tooth extraction in June. I developed swelling and pain a few months later at the site where tooth was pulled, I made an appointment and explained to him I thought this was related to the extraction. He examined me for a few minutes at most and said the growth was not related to the extraction and referred me to a head and neck surgeon> I was advised they would determine necessary treatment for a benign or malignant growth. They did great removing my sons 4 wisdom teeth. The issue we have is 2 months later we get a late notice for extra money owed, about $200. They ran our insurance, and we paid our portion when services were rendered, about $1,100. If they had said our portion was $1,300 we would have gladly paid it then. All the other doctor offices we have ever dealt with know what the patient portion will be when services are rendered, and then to come back with a late notice. My Karen rant is over.

Fantastic experience! At my consultation visit, Dr. Kratky was genuine, friendly, informative, patient, and empathetic. .....Everything that you would want in a healthcare professional, but do not often find. When I left, I felt very comfortable about the quality of care that I will receive from him in the future.

Not my first visit to Dr Drooger & this office. Dr Drooger is the best and his staff is excellent. Had 3 teeth pulled and it went great. I recommend to anyone.

Wonderful doctor & staff! My 17 year old had 4 wisdoms teeth cut out & everything went smoothly. Everyone from both the Wentzville & Ofallon offices were fabulous!

Fantastic experience with Mandibular Tori removal! I was very nervous and Dr. Urbanek was supportive and even delayed starting anesthesia until I felt more comfortable. My results with this surgery couldn’t have been better. Dr. Urbanek is very knowledgeable and answers questions with patience and honesty. I inquired about a second surgery and he was honest about my need to explore other options first. Office staff are very skilled and welcoming. I highly recommend this doctor and office.
