Was scheduled for an iron infusion at the OPR location received a call at 8:30 when I was supposed to check in at 9:15 stating that they attempted to call me the night before and left a message that a nurse called in and there was no one to take care of me. (There was no message left) when I asked what time they called they stated 4:25 the day before when their offices close at 4:30. Took them almost 2 months to call after a referral was put in. That time frame is sad and unacceptable. Whatever happened to good, responsive health care? We spend far too much money to be blown off like this.

I want to give a "shout out" to Dr. Nisreen Haideri who has treated my husband who was diagnosed with CML. She has been very thorough, actively involved, and has been very helpful in helping with our transition to another part of the country. She has excellent nurses who have also been very caring. We would highly recommend Dr. Haideri if you are ever faced with a diagnosis of cancer.

The enviornment and genuine hospitable care and concern exhibited by the entire staff resonates throughout the entire office. From the nurses to the doctors to adminstration staff they continually follow up with all questions and needs of the patients making them priority one.
