ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Came here to get parts, took over 6 weeks to receive parts after i was told it would only take 2 weeks. Had to follow up on it myself every week with them always saying “should be here next week”. Annika in Parts seems to be the only one who does her job properly and follow up on things. Cant recommend enough NOT TO GO HERE, better off going to Perth rather than dealing with their incompetence.

Will never go to get my car serviced again there . needed a right hand indicator globe ,one tire sensor and 1 spare key took them 2 days they gave me a bill for 800 dollars for a indicator that didn't work now I don't have any front indicators at the front the tire pressure they put in only one works so the only thing they did was the spare key and wanted me to pay for the stuff they didn't no how to fix

Just went to get power steering fluid for my 2017 nissan pathfinder and was told to go to Repco and buy a Castrol fluid. On talking to Repco was told only to use a genuine product, so back to the dealer and was told they couldn't supply it and to source it from Total Nissan in Perth. No service from them and won't go back.

Thanks for the great service we received in repairing the problem with our Pathfinder. You got us back on the road and enjoying our holiday in no time. Rang for a quote to do a 180km service on my D40, they couldn’t give me a quote, they emailed an estimate for $650 with no parts included. Rang again to get more information and the receptionist wanted to transfer me to parts when I had asked for service 3 times!! They seem very disorganised!
