Dr. Collins is thorough, funny, kind and an overall excellent person and great Doctor. I've been a patient here for 7 years and have received nothing but top notch care from Dr. Collins and his team.
They insist on running unnecessary tests, then refuse to refill prescriptions or see you until you can pay them. Heather is heartless and should not be working with patients. It's sad because I loved Dr. Collins.
The dr is great but the lady at check in is a horrible person I drove an hour away just because the dr is so good but the lady at check in had an attitude from the second I walked in and when I finally had enough I was the bad person she was very rude to me over my child’s insurance and I gave her the paperwork for my child’s insurance with all the information and that lady was down right disrespectful.
