Pretty good service until 02/12 when I was asked to reschedule my appointment an hour earlier. I agreed and came in at the earlier time only to sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes and the were no other patients in line. I finally gave up and left, not a very good patient/ customer experience. ** FOLLOW-UP** I received a telephone call from the supervisor who offered an apology and is reviewing what went wrong. Horrible experience! I have been trying to schedule my Aunt an appointment for two months! I was able to schedule an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner Brittany who declined to see my aunt because she was five minutes late over the allowed grace period! Not considering how difficult it was to get her there ( she walks very slow on a walker. We went to the side door only to have to walk around to the front door!If you have to see someone here make sure you don’t see Brittney as she is not for the patients she was sitting... read more

Incomply with patients rights. No statement of my current health. Doesn't do anything for you other than sit by the computer and give you a slip for 1 or 2 24hour urine collection. Dr youy has deny giving any statement of my current health situation written of what she verbally said to me I'm at a high risk of producing kindey stones! The prove is in my results! So unprofessional!!!
